 I enjoyed this one. Those are real editor's notes, too. Poor Noto had no idea I was going to slip them into the review. He hasn't scolded me for it, so I guess they went over okay.
(I was initially going to close out with a return to the Editor's Note - "I have no idea what I just read" - but Noto closed out his opening theme too well for me to get in the way like that.)
Funny stuff. That special sounds like a train wreck on acid, and simply hilarious for it. The review almost - almost - makes me want to watch it. |

This reminds me I still need to buy this. A large part of my childhood was watching/playing he-man. Despite what many think, I do think it holds up still.
Adam deciding he should stop being He-man so his dad can be proud of him (Prince Adam) and not He-man.
He-man giving up his power when he kills a man. (Not really, just clever ruse by Skeletor... but still).
There's a lot more similar themes, I'm sure. Not the type of stuff in your average childrens cartoon. I really do need to catch up on my season 1 set.

I had it in my DVD player this afternoon but some family stuff and whatnot at the last minute stopped a viewing on the Eve. Make no mistake, this is getting watched tomorrow. i honestly can't wait.
Seriously, how does a release like this get extras like this? WOW!
