This week is giving away the DVD The Neighbor to one lucky winner!

First Look Studios proudly announces the DVD release of THE NEIGHBOR. Co-written by J.P. Davis and Eddie O’Flaherty, who also directed the film, THE NEIGHBOR follows two rivaling neighbors, Jeff (Matthew Modine, Weeds, Full Metal Jacket) and Christine (Michèle Laroque, The Closet), who find that despite their differences their bitter relationship transforms into an unexpected love affair. The DVD arrived in stores on September 23, 2008 at an SRP of $24.98.

 Jeff, a hip, down-town businessman and artist, watches as his life begins to unravel after learning that his beautiful ex-wife is going to marry his best friend and dentist. To add to his distress, Christine, a feisty real estate developer, who lives in the apartment above, is determined to acquire his apartment for renovations and expansions of her own. The animosity brewing between them erupts into passionate arguments. Despite the hostility, fate drives Jeff and Christine together.  Desperate for a date at his ex-wife’s wedding, Jeff goes to his last resort and asks Christine to be his date in exchange for his apartment. Happy to get rid of her long-time nemesis, she agrees to attend. But after a slow dance and a kiss at the wedding, the two find themselves in the middle of a love and hate affair.
